In order to assure the best quality with advanced technologies and the continuity of product offerings that Billion has provided to our customers, we set up our Research & Development centers in 2 cities - Hsinchu and Taipei - where we can recruit technology experts from the biggest hubs of high-caliber engineers and scientists in Taiwan. Up to date, R&D centers are equipped with more than 70 experienced team players dedicated to designing innovative networking products and power products.

We have taken up a 5-step methodology to support our Development and Production programs that include quality-control checkpoints, hardware and software review sessions, and customer-acceptance testing. In addition to our measurements, our products go through final testing and evaluation process by being verified by professional laboratory outside Billion for the objectives of quality, reliability, and safety. These measures are simply to ensure strict adherence to ISDN, ADSL, CE, FCC, Wi-Fi, power supply, magnetic components, as well as providing valuable feedback for us to retain our rigid criteria. Our goal of quality is to always exceed our customers’ expectations, and to lead the industry in reliability, performance, and safety.
